3. Added simple trainer, when in game press f3 to open it, and turn on num lock, use keys 8 2 4 6 to navigate and key 5 to enter that option, and Backspace to close the trainer and f3 to open it again

4. gta 4 enb editor: Dax1 adapted to work with iCEnhancer2 1FINAL, hotkeys Num7 in the game (not recommended for those who do not enb fumbles)

5. Internet radio, you can turn the key alt + f1 in the game, it's spelled radio

but you can register your any

Install

 

Once downloaded, double click on the GTA4setup.exe. it installs it automaticly for you. Installer is in Russian but its easy to work out which is the Next/Continue button. Once completed, dont click on the gta 4 exe shortcut that was created delete that, just run the game with the LaunchGTAIV.exe found in the grand theft auto IV folder,Located in program files 86, you can create a shortcut with that launcher, and then click on it and your good to go.and also the game is in english
